I meant this as PWP… didn't happen.  This is far more about psychology and submission than sex. I think it's kinda hot, though, and we do see Mal wondering what the hell is up and River proving a point and a nice stark contrast and some chocolate. I think there was some miscommunication. I thought velvet_virago was going to beta this last chapter and then go back and look at the rest. But I haven't heard from her all day, so I might be wrong.
