Okay, did anyone miss my Friday icons???  I got caught up in a little project.  There are a lot of people that wander the same fandoms, and I thought it would be nice to have an awards site where different fandoms could compete together.  Maybe some of the smaller fandoms who don't have awards could finally be nominated.  Maybe people could find new fandoms.  The site will feature all television fandoms where the show is gone, but the universe lives on in fanfic.

So, go check it out.

So, this community you've created, is it for only the people that have things to nominate/are nominated? Or can those of us who can just vote join too?

While I do have a Firefly piece that is currently in the works, I doubt it'll be ready any time soon..I have all this packing and dealing with journal hackers going on after all...lol..

i like your icon that goes with these awards, absolutely appropriate - obsessed just about covers it. I wonder how twisted it would be for me to nominate my favorite diagnosis murder slash story? of course, i also wonder how twisted i am that i seek out/like dm slash fic. er, don't answer that.

Oh wow... that is a beautiful icon. I can't believe you did that in PAINT. Shit. When I used paint my icons kinda sucked. Good job girl. And of COURSE you should nom some nice DM slash. Help get other people hooked! ;)

er, don't be too impressed. i was able to save the thumbnail for a screencap i found from the ep 'restless' which was almost exactly the right size. then i just added the word - with a little trial & error. I can't do anything in paint unless the original picture is pretty close to the 100x100 measurement. the program doesn't let you shrink anything & keep proper perspective, unless there's something hidden i don't know about.

i thought that there had been a shot in that ep with three versions of tara but i didn't find a screencap for it & i can't find my tape of the ep. the only buffy dvd i have is the 'hellmouth collection' best buy is selling which for some dumb reason didn't include 'restless' - they already had two eps from season 4. it also had no eps from season 5 or 6. i would have thought 'normal again' was a perfect hellmouthy episode. ::shrug::
