He thinks he's benevolent anyway. I still have to think that Xander has a right to not breed slave babies and that anyone who takes that right away is slightly of the evil, but you're right that there's a weird logic to it.
And yes, that paperclip has grown to mean more to Xander than a piece of metal. And thanks on the typing mistake. I have some serious editing to do before I archive this.
