Try a different type of chair? I switch between a exercise ball ball the biggest I found... so I have another for training purposes:P), a pc chair and a more comfy (but low) living room chair... And pillows... those helps... or a walk.. or something:P... (am rambling a bit - sorry)... its only 1600 and a part of me is already ready for bed... If you do use the ball - I reccomend not spending too much time on it... cause that's painful too. (two days and then... wince.... three more feeling bowlegged and stiff in my thigh... still love it though).
