I never felt ~too much sympathy for Buffy, because she was such a self-involved drama queen, lol. Some sympathy, yes, because she did generally try to do the right thing and protect people, and she had a tough situation-but she made it soooo much worse on herself. And it was contagious, too! Drama by contamination!
I knew Xander would be the one to actually do anything about Warren. I do like that Spike thought to have Bonnie taken care of so she wouldn't see Xander coming home so upset.
