Just because someone's relationship might not be a lasting one doesn't mean it won't hurt when it fails. It's just Willow's superiority showing up again. She and Buffy were both really great on how THEIR pain and problems were so much more difficult than anybody else's-that's partly why they turned into a duo, rather than being part of a group.
~Everyone is part of their own romantic problems. It's just realizing what particular dumb things you're doing, how to stop that, and whether you care enough to want to that makes you a growing person or not.
