So here we are, at the end of the road. I have to say this has been a most pleasurable journey you've taken us on.
The ending especially was superb. I love reading good domestic fics because they are so hard to come by. I guess it's much easier to keep the readers entertained if there's action and excitement around every corner, than to hold their interest when it's about everyday life.
That's one of the reasons I originally fell in love with the Buffyverse. Sure there was the monster of the week and they saved the world a lot but deep down it was all about the people and how their lives linked together. You've managed to stay true to that, and I don't think you could have ended this any better than with Trista's thoughts on her new life.
