Hee, Blair's trying to decipher the signals and signs and then worrying whether it's just a string of random occurrences - get real boy, make a move yourself, you're not going to lose him, he moved states and jobs to be with you. (sorry, will back off now from yelling at fictional characters - again..)
Loved that Roth offered him the job, and that Blair felt confident enough to turn it down - although I get the feeling Jim will go apeshit if he ever finds out and insist Blair should have accepted.
