Thank you so much. Angel does always come back, but I think that's because Angelus really doesn't have the tools to deal with human beings. I get the feeling Liam was too hurt and too insecure for the demon who took his place to ever feel okay in the world. Even this Angelus, who is trying so very hard to do the right thing is not really handling his humans very well.
