i really hope angelus heard all that. man i am so glad your xander isnt falling for the PTB bullshit - it was my major frustration with Angel the series that he never questioned anything. i am so so so excited to see/read what Angelus does now - i think the interesting thing in your story is how these characters have evolved beyond what was portrayed in canon especially emotionally. i think xander trusting himself and the option no one is pushing for is fantastic alternative because it NEVER works out being a slave to demons - well being a slave to the PTB. xander always excells at the wildcard option also - his throwaway comments saved the day many times. i really hope you spurt holds and i hope you are feeling well.
