Thank you so much. I really am trying to keep everything not related to Angel and Xander the same since that's the only fundamental change I made to canon. Of course, when Wesley shows up, he's going to have more than one shock in this timeline.
And Giles is a better man than Xander was giving him credit for. He's still not happy about Xander or Faith being around vampires, but he cares for Buffy enough to go up against the council and he is starting to see the world of vampires a little differently.
