A long time ago, 50ftqueenie  requested a story where I explained why in the world Xander took the blame for summoning Sweet when it was clearly NOT something he would do. My muse tickled me with a little piece called "The Cost of Butterfly Kisses." The title is an allusion to THIS song, which will totally ruin the surprise for you if you haven't read the first story.

So, anyway, now I have my 6x6 challenge, and the third tile just screamed for Xander... which is why I wrote Xander but totally twisted the prompt. I hope you like it.

This is my SECOND chapter of the day, and this prompt required a few things.

2. This chapter starts by lifting big chunks of dialog from "Tabula Rasa" before it flies off into new directions.
3. We switch to Xander's POV
