The icon: Okay, it's not the best, but I'm trying to play with animation. This took way longer than I expected!
Oh, and for those who wondered, I didn't get into the magazine, but that was the highest paying/most prestigious place I'd gone for yet, so I can't say I'm surprised. It makes me want to slink off and submit stuff to places where the editors know me (and they pay for crap), but I'm not going to crawl back into the kiddie pool. It's hardly my first rejection.
