I'm so glad you enjoyed the series. This was my first venture into Sentinel fic, and when I started, I had to ask people for help with what things looked like because I hadn't seen the show at that point. And I agree that the USSP is totally clueless about the sort of damage Blair can quietly do to their program. He is a sneaky little bastard when he wants to be!
