I'm sure you'll get some backstory, but really the mundane stuff of the last year and a half wasn't exciting enough to make a compelling story. (Well, except for the mansion stuff which I wasn't writing). But you will get a lot of it as Xander's two lives (demon translator and Scooby) start to pull together.
