Okay, after rereading the end passage, I have to say there's a huge temptation at the thought of Xander torturing Angel to get him to help find Spike ... who I suspect is still missing. And I feel serious suspicion at him being missing. Did/is Leshar doing something to him? Revenge for being made to look foolish?
