Vin doesn't have to work quite as hard at big and tough since with his big ass gun and background as a bounty hunter he is seen as big and tough. In today's world, though, I see those looks giving him a little more grief. J.D. is TOTALLY a headstrong, sweet kid. And Josiah starts the series a reluctant member of the group because of his guilt over his past, but by the end of the series he has started quietly parenting.
