I'm so glad you're enjoying it. Blair is definitely acting as the guide already, but I don't think the guys have really focused on that. Of course here, Jim isn't going to mind as much because Blair's "real" work is going to keep him from being quite so obsessive. I think that bothered Jim--all the focus on the sentinel senses.
