Its so good to see this universe again. Its such a pity that Roland can only communicate on the spiritual plane, Blair always seems so much more grounded when he can visit the friends that Naomi pulled him away from.
I like the reversal of roles with Jim asking Blair to communicate, and Jim trying to keep Blair safe as Blair uses his special powers. I wonder just what Colonel Pissy had said to annoy Blair. Perhaps claiming that Sentinels were hypocondriac losers?
This is a really great story. There were so many things I enjoyed like not having Ventris tracked by a spiritual journey and Nurse Ratched still annoyed at Jim's severe case of assholeism. I wonder if that disease has recognized symptoms.
I'm glad this is still a gen fic, sex would not add anything to the characters at this point.
