I picked up this interesting little factoid-filled book recently, titled "Can a Guy Get Pregnant? Scientific Answers to Everyday (& Not-So-Everyday) Questions, by Bill Sones and Rich Sones, PhD.
I won't try to type in the entire answer to the title question, but the bottom line was this: "There's no good reason why a properly implanted and hormone-supplied zygote could not the same normal nine-month growth inside a man."
