Jim deserves a chance at the hope and joy that babies (in clean diapers) represent. I'm so glad you figured out a way for Blair to help with that!

And could you PLEASE warn us not to read such wonderful stuff while drinking coffee at the local diner - I made a mess and had to leave a BIG tip. Perhaps I could collect from Blair now that he's a property owner and all! *giggle*
