I would definitely make you write an offshoot from Thoughts Colored Ugly where Mal does get Jayne...even just for a little bit. 'Cause I feel so bad for that poor guy (Um, Mal, I mean). Like, maybe Jayne does something wrong against the captain, so it's only fair he metes out the punishment.
