And there are so many cool points of conflict with Jayne/River - Jayne's stubbornness, River's mental state, what he tried to do to them and Simon's disapproval...with material like that, how could you go wrong? BTW, do you have any original works out there, published or otherwise? Your fanfiction is superb, I'd love to see what else you've done.
